ok, so im not sure if this is covered elsewhere, but the Mojave express was just supposed to deliver mail and packages to pre determined places and people. but I guess what im wondering about is do they work just like the usps or maybe closer to ups or some combination of the two. I also don't know what they had for rules as to what kinds of things they wouldn't deliver or weather they had any guarantees.

There is little info at all involving the specifics of the Mojave Express. Seems like as long as the caps are good and the delivery doesn't look like an outright suicide mission, the Mojave Express will take the job and send out a courier. My guess is the courier collects the pay and is supposed to give a percentage back to the business so they can continue to operate.
