Pluto, if you don't mind me inquiring (and if you do mind, you can just tell me to bug off lol), what province are you in?

in NB almost all Liquor Stores are ran by NB Liquor (a Crown Corporation), and is pretty much the only place you can buy alcohol at this point (well, mostly.. small Ma and Pa convenience stores can apply for a license, but last time i checked the Criteria is rediculous (your town can't have above a certain population, you have to be at least a certain distance from the nearest town with a NB Liquor store, etc..))
