After a recent little event, I decided this would be a good question (as I am now aware that opinions on this subject do differ).

Basically, what can be truly considered as bullying? Anything specific? Or are you like me and believe that bullying is considered by the victim. (FYI: If they feel threatened, insulted, etc then it is bullying).

Well... Like I said above, it is considered by the victim... This means even if the "bully" is just joking around in a friendly manner, it can still be considered bullying by the other person. (However, if it ends up NOT being harmful to the other guy then it isn't bullying obviously).

Also, cyberbullying basically is any form of bullying via online text.

Both sides don't have to be anything truly specific in my opinion...

Can we get a lock please? We had a discussion on this topic a few days ago. Thread was locked at 7 pages. I don't think we need to revisit it.
