When to start a new character?

Hey everyone I'm wondering when I should create my next character.. I'm thinking in the next 2 weeks or so. I'll list the questlines I've completed below.

-Companions
-Civil War Questline (Stormcloaks)
-Main Questline

I do have a lot in Skyrim left to do but I don't get much joy out of the miscellaneous quests and find them quite boring.. I still have the Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood left to do along with the Dragonborn DLC and I'm already 75% done with Dawnguard. Basically I'm a level 36 Altmer and don't use magic a lot anymore. I shifted my head towards Archery, One Handed, and Two Handed and sort of like it. I'm going to make a Bosmer Stealth Archer next but I just want to know around what level it is right to create another character at.

Thanks

One easy thing you can do to keep the game from getting boring/repetitive is to make characters specializing in only a few skills and 1 questline ... or no questlines at all. ;)

I don't make a new character very often at all, and if I do start a new game. I delete all the updates and dlc so I can use the Oghma Infinium Glitch to get the first 81 levels. The grind in Skyrim can get really repetitive.

I'm sure it can. Glad I don't worry about grinding and simply enjoy the game.

To be honest, I am always wanting that next level and that extra stat you can put in health or stamina.I guess it doesn't take away from my enjoyment of that game. I just worry about my level too much. I do grind any way. I think I just grind too much. I always want that next level. I just get my stats and the perks I mainly use and the beat a majority of the game and quests. Skyrim is the only game I play more than any other game. I think I did 4 hours of skill grinding last night, so perhaps I just need a break from leveling up and just enjoy doing quests for a while. I'm trying to get to level 150 at the moment. I always want to be ahead in the game. So I grind and bust level after level. Perhaps my worrying about leveling up is taking away from the game in some ways. I spend a lot of time grinding levels because I feel my character is not good enough, so I go until I'm satisfied. Than maybe a few days later, I think he could be better. I am thankful for the 1.9 legendary update since it allows for more levels.
