So I play Fallout 3 for Xbox 360 and I haven't played it for a few months. I came back to an update. I was talking to my friend who was also playing FO3 at the same time and I heard Three Dog announcing the titles of songs before they played which I think is a new feature. However, my friend didn't have this happen to him even though he updated it as well... Is Three Dog announcing the titles of songs for anyone else or am I just crazy?

Three Dog has always announced the names of some songs, though not all of them. You just didn't notice before. And if you were only away for a few months, that update had nothing to do with the game. There has been nothing available for it for years. It was probably just an update for the Xbox itself.
