Playing games on Windows 8.1. It seems once in a while, I am playing a game and it goes to desktop. I click on the icon on the lower left and play again. I notice when I am on the net, I can see a "hic up" like there is something going on. I think this is releated to the games going to desk top.

If I reboot 3 or 4 times, it seems to go away until I reboot again. (Shut off computer and start again.)

I have went into Task Manager and I don't see any programs being run. So what can this "hic up" be and cause my games go to desktop when I play?

What titles exactly?

Have you disabled hot corners and "gestures"? Especially if you're on a laptop. Ugh.

Well now I finally have hard drive space I installed Sins of a Solar Empire:Rebellion. Before that I was playing Warlock 2.

I do not know what is hot corners and "gestures" are.
