I know that my question sounds indecent, but there are a lot of wiki around made by passionate people that don't receive the right visibility.

I'm talking for example about:

The oblivion quest list website linked in walkerinshadows's signature
the website with all the graphics plugin that Dubious loves to link on his post

There are people that spent their time to help making these helped making these, but they do not get any visibility, especially in this forum , where they should, at least get a STICKIED POST for all the effort the put on these website.

So, am I missing other website with great up to date informations, especially about mods?

TL;DR: Someone, even I, should make a topic that should get the "sticky" status, so they can find websites about oblivion modding made by passionate people, websites that aren't founded easily on google.
