Right. So, I'm looking for a custom house mod. But a specific custom house. I want one that has the beauty, rustic home-feeling, and amenities(namely, specific displays for nearly every thing in Skyrim+DLCs, and all things needed for smithing and enchanting) of http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33939/? house, yet also have beautiful exterior views like the Lakeview Manor's wrap around deck option.

Is there anything that has the best of both worlds, and requires all three DLCs, yet hopefully doesn't require additional mods to get your wife/kids to live there)?

I don't need a humongous mansion. Just something that looks like a modest home, has what I want and what my Hearthfire family wants, yet also has awesome exterior views.
