I dont know how to start this post really?

I will just start at the begginging....

I was on a quest when some wolves attacked me and killed my horse...

Later after another quest (after i killed the chief of the iraqi's or whatevery they are) i went to complete that mission and lidia kills someone for whatever reason now the town hall hates me...

So i fail to know how to fast travel and i had to walk to the mage's college.... twice.... cause to saber cats killed me..... 'dem beeatches....

to get a spell of calming b/c i cant get to whiterun's mage... w/out the other's killing me...

and i was completing missions for them when i went outside the college to find my horse.... alive....

I am majorly confused as how this happened if horses dont respawn? ( i didn't buy a normal horse i bought the pre-named one (ally i think it is) if that helps any w/ any conclusions).

It sounds like what you need to do is turn yourself in. If you injure or kill a person you will receive a bounty on your head. You need to go up to a guard, weapons sheathed, and wait for the dialogue to pay your fine and go to jail. Once in jail you can either take the small amount of XP hit to one of your stats or you can try to break out- you get one lockpick I believe. Just pay the fine, go to jail, and things will be fine after that.

If the folks at Whiterun hate/fight you I would load a newer game before this happened. You could try waiting 3 day before returning sometimes they forget.

Your horse showing back up is a glitch in the game.

If you don't want to use fast travel there is a horse and cart out by the whiterun stable you can travel in to all the major cities.

white-run hating me isnt the problem nor is the fast travel i was just telling you what happened after my horse died up to when i found my horse.... (BTW thanks for the guard tip) but there is also someone else who wants me dead and i cant kill him.... it was the old ladie's shop's son or something and he tried to kill me so i had to get out there.... ( he follows me out and in houses)

i also dont have a save before the crisis (i was trying to pick-pocket the girl in hiding XD) so i saved after lydia killed the fe-male.... no one attacked me at the time so i thought i was fine....
