First off, I have played and beaten this game multiple times without issue. I recently went back and started a new character and about 10 hrs in I noticed all my reputation, except Goodsprings, had completely vanished. It didn't even show as neutral. I actually started another character and the same issue happened after only a few hours in. It's very disheartening, especially since I've never had this problem before. Note, I had already done several quests for both NCR and Legion and Freeside in both instances. In the first case, also lost Great Kahn, Novac rep as well. I never equipped faction armor in the second play through and it still happened. What do I do? HELP!!

Did you do anything that would cause you to lose rep such as looting them blind.
