My mouse has the regular pointer for Skyrim. but still has the Windows pointer, (generally the waiting blue circle(witch is ignored by the game)) and my activate key occasionally acts as a Grab instead...

I'm currently using a Razor OrochI with or without their software seems to make no difference, Keyboard is a Corsair K90.
