Help I'm at level 91 I've completed about every quest and still the ebony warrior won't show up and idea why?

This may be a dumb question, but do you have the Dragonborn DLC installed? He was added by that DLC.

Otherwise, I don't know why he wouldn't be appearing; he should have shown up at level 80. It might be a bug, but try traveling to several of the hold capitals such as Solitude, Whiterun, or Markarth (for example). Under normal circumstances, he typically will show up in one of the major cities eventually.

Yeah I have all dlc I uninstalled and reinstalled and still he won't show up
