Hey, so, I've got my own personal Morrowind splash screens made and I've tried to make a menu screen to match, but it's not working and I can't for the life of me figure out why. It's 2048x1024, DDS 24-bit. menu_morrowind.dds. All it does is display a white screen when I start the game. What other parameters have I missed?

I ran another person's menu replacer and it worked just fine.

Which DXT parameters are you using? It should work fine with DXT 1 at 2048x1024.
