There's a scene I'm trying to create where NPC will travel inside from an outside starting location but the package simply isn't firing when the "Near Reference" is set to an Xmarker. Now I know my conditions, what ever else is set fine because as soon as I change the location to simply "in cell" instead of the specific xmarker it starts fine. I've also done this before but only on Tamriel locations and never interiors, so I'm guessing there's something else I need?

Does anyone have any clue as to why Traveling to an xmarker package to an interior cell from Tamriel wouldn't work?

I suppose I could just do the scene by script placements if necessary.
