I would like to know if this behaviour is supposed to happen.

I was going through a dungeon when I met a missing meshes\texture of a creature. HAving no form-id finder, I saved the game in front of the bandit that had this problem. I installed form id finder, then loaded the game back. The bandit had all the equipment he was supposed to have and formidfinder was of no former use. Why did this happen?
