The hell with TES5edit. I still have the same problem as I did before. Discolor graphics and certain devices that won't activate. Ever since I downloaded Dragonborn, things have been funky of late. Even with the unofficial Mod download for the expansion, it still acts funky.

Either that or its the mods. The problem is I barely have any mods plugged in. Most of them in fact are gone.

Needed some time to rant .-. This is just getting old and I sure don't want to delete the folder again, seeing how I started working on a weeks worth of modding

What about dragonborn isn't working?

I don't even know if it's dragonborn or something else. All I know is that when I enter inside Bleakfalls barrow, that's when the issues are happening. And it could be more than just Bleakfall.

The only normal thing that goes on my Skyrim game is the out skirts of the exteriors. The roam world. Tameral. Or however you want to call it

OP, I feel for you, this is part of the reason I don't use mods, had too many occasions when things just don't work right despite following authors installation instructions too...

My theory is the more software on top of other software, more that can go wrong..

what are the issues?

Are your issues happening with character where you used mods before but then deleted those mods? If so, then that is probably the source of your woes.

The issues revolve around myself entering inside BleakFalls Barrow. Clean character with a clean save. Before i continue, I also want to note i've had some complications with the execution scene right at the beginning of the game. Forgot his name, think it's Alvar, the one Imperial going through the list of names... there have been most times he doesn't show unless I clean my game.

However, even when I feel this is part of the problem cleaning the game, when I enter Bleakfalls the graphics around me are hightlighted red around the candles. Worst part is when you enter the wounded spider domain, the area is completely bright red. Before hand and I haven't tried going any further knowing I'll get the same results, I tried activating the door with the golden Door and all the door did is froze in place. That was BEFORE, not now. I just didn't bother going through the trouble to test and see if it works.

So graphical problems and Game mechanic issues. I love to mod, but I might need to just stick with my own. IMO I don't think ones own mod can cause these kind of issues, but those who leave mods unattended do. I'll upload my list. Give me a quick second

Those I label not active means I don't have them officially installed in the game. It's just sitting there, while i determine whether they need to go or not

Any ENB? something is really destroying your lighting and physics.

If you're verifying your cache and accidentally deleting your own mods.... consider switching to the Mod Organizer program. I know it's more hassle you probably don't need, but it keeps your Skyrim folder clean other than steam mods and your own mods, massively reducing the chance of breaking it.

Finally, we've all had to do this at some point - but try and work it out the old fashioned way. get a vanilla game character to the problem spot in Bleak Falls Barrow, and add enable and test every mod in groups of 3 or 4 until you find which one(s) is/are causing the problem yourself.

ENB? I imagine that's the improved textures, which is a no. My card can't handle those kind of enhances. I sincerely hope it isn't destroying the system of my PC though, whatever the hell that's causing this mischief to my PC.

I'll uncheck all but my own mod and see what happens there. Might even leave up the texture mods for the females. I haven't had any black body problems since I re boot the game before

Since you have found what mod(s) is causing your problems then you only have one option and that's to reinstall Skyrim from scratch yes everything, because there is no other solution than to do a complete reinstallation and not use those two mods again.
