(I'm Italian so sorry if my English is bad)
I tried the RS Children Overhaul mod, it works fine but I decided to disinstall it.
So when i did it the game coming to CTD when i go in some locations or after some minutes.
I don't use the Nexus Manager or others Mod Managers or steam workshop, I install mods manually.
-I've 94 mods + 100 or 102 Graphic mods.
-I know is a removal mod problem... My PC is a PC Gaming and I play the game with 40/50 fps.
-I know it isn't a compatibility problem because i played for 128 Hours without crashes or problems and with this mod.

-New Game doesn't work.

-Reload old saves doesn't work.

I seriously don't want reinstall my game and my mods, but if is REALLY necessary for a sure solution of this problem and there aren't others solution I'll do it.

Can anyone help me?

PS: My Processor, RAM and GPU.

Processor: Intel Core i7 3770k Ivy Bridge
GPU: AMD Ati Radeon HD 7950 3gb Sapphire.
RAM: 8 GB Gskill Sniperz 1600Mhz
