How to mod Vault 101 before the ''dad incident''?

Hi, as I've noticed with the GECK it shows all the possible variants of a cell simultaneously (I think) it does that at least in the Megaton Player House but that might be a unique cell. Incase it isn't like that how do I revert Vault 101 back to before dad escapes so I can add a few dialogues and fix a few things? Or is it like I said first: ''it shows all the possible variants of a cell simultaneously'' so I only need to place everything down?

Or is it that the GECK keep up with the game save's stats so all I need to do is start a new save?

What you are asking is found in the root of checking the reference box as "initially disabled" Then through various scripts it turns on (renders) items.

Its a huge tree of how what why happens.

If all you want is to make a mod that continues vault life after the goat. It is totally possible ... you just have to create it ... because Bethesda did not.

And I think its a pretty good Idea to mod.
