Yes, there are! You currently have -8 creature mods installed. You'll have 2! if you uninstall GIANTS.

Jabbing aside, yes there are. Let me just put together a couple.

Demon Xen's http://mw.modhistory.com/download-4-12807 and http://mw.modhistory.com/download-4-11296.

Lidicus' http://mw.modhistory.com/download-68-7129 http://mw.modhistory.com/download-68-6223.

My http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/22189/?.

Lochnarus' http://mw.modhistory.com/download-24-9620

I'll probably think of some others, just give me some time.

edit:

There's the classic http://firefly.calislahn.com/ by Calislahn

If you don't already have undead there is http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43030/? by Neoptolemus or Antares' http://mw.modhistory.com/download-26-6190.

edit2:

I should also mention the big atmosheric ones by abot: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43128/? and http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42417/?.

If I remember correctly, http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/6006/? has some creature-like additions, new Dagoth minions and that sort of thing.

Wildman's http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42121/?.

There are also Nazo's Daedra mods, mainly http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/29713/? which adds things like Xivilai.

Yes. I am. :)

It just has a lot of creatures with quality issues since they're ripped from other games and then others which are just really badly retextured and designed. I do not recommend it.

I don't think anyone really uses GIANTS anymore. It is well know to have problems and some questionable quality.

Don't forget the great mods by Antares:
Various creatures: http://arcimaestroantares.webs.com/antarescreatures.htm

Undead Arise from Death: http://arcimaestroantares.webs.com/undeadmods.htm

Can you elaborate on GIANTS quality? Im using it atm and it seems fine enough. I did come across a dwemer UFO which felt a little wrong though.

Antaras various looks good, is there no merged esp available? Im quite anol about cluttering up my load list.

Many of the people on these forums don't like GIANTS because some of the meshes were allegedly taken from other games.

I rarely play without the following mod:

Cait's Critter's unleashed: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=mods.detail&id=1695

There are great creature mods using Cait's models here, too:

Mephisto's Creature Pack and Monsterous Variants by Teh Lurv both add more variety. They don't add any new meshes but rather stronger and weaker versions of existing creatures. Mephisto's is a classic for me and should be in everyone's list, IMHO.

Morrowind Advanced by Gary Noonan/WormGod Elite (one of the devs!) is another oldie and does more than just add some new creatures but it's a great mod. Get the 1.82 version by Stromgarde & Pookhill.

If anyone's unsure on GIANTS and the provenance of some of its models just read the readme, "Legal" section.

Great suggestions, Pluto and Dragon. How did I forget to mention Antares' other creature mods? Hah! I'll plug http://download.fliggerty.com/download-26-712 which incorporates some of his creatures into the game better or maybe I should just say differently.

I also provided links for the mods that Dragon mentioned. ;)

Thanks  Lazy of me...
Monsterous Variants:
So, Mephisto's mod does Morrowind creatures and Teh Lurv's does the expansions.

Guess I could pimp my own http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/35237/ here too...

http://mw.modhistory.com/download-44-10098 (more of a tweak of existing creatures, but still).

His undead mods are worth a look, too.

I just run through my load order to look for any more mods that might be missed. I try to use mostly lore-friendly mods, so there is nothing too exotic.

BB Dwemer spectre by Melchior Dahrk

Electric Slaughterfish by Peterbitt

Guars by abot

Melchior's mudcrab merchant by Melchior Dahrk

Aureals by Westly

Unique Winged Twilights by Westly

Thank you for the link :)

That one looks awesome, thanks :)

I personally wonder about the compatibility between different undead mods. First that come to mind are of course Arcimaestro's Undead: Arise from death and Neoptolemus' Undead. I suppose they should work fine, but I would like to be certain. Wildman's http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42121/? also look interesting.

They are said to be incompatible. I am not sure about the details. I assume it is because one or the other or both modify things like stats and/or add scripts to vanilla creatures. I think one or both also add spells and abilities to different vanilla undead. I just don't remember, but I've looked at them in the past and actually have a WIP of a merged copy that I've put some work into. I just can't remember the details. I believe that you COULD use them together, you'd just lose some functionality.

There's one thing to thank GIANTS for, without GIANTS, Creatures would not have existed. I tried GIANTS first, then made Creatures... :P

I've got http://www.gamesas.com/topic/847583-relz-the-undead-v30/?p=15461806 from Arcimaestro Antares linked in mlox when running the two together.

In addition to mods that add creatures, there are several that update the look of/increase the variety of the vanilla ones... :whistling:
