I have installed the Realistic Needs and Diseases and I can't drink from a stream or fill up water bottles. I have tried Googling but came up with no answers and thought I would ask here.

I can eat and see animations with no problems, I can hit the N key and see my needs, but when I hit the B key or use it as a shout, nothing happens. When I click on the water bottle it says I need to be in water and I am in water.

So did I do something wrong, install wise, or game wise?
