Destruction XP Gain issue

so i did some testing and found out some dissappointing things about how xp is rewarded from using destruction magic

xp rewarded is always equal to base cost of spell, then divided / multiplied to match difficulty level

example: on adept difficulty, enemy with 100 base health being kill by casting incinerate (60 damage per hit) will die in 2 spells, awarding 298 xp per hit (298 is base mana cost of incinerate) = 596 total xp

example: on master difficulty, same enemy will die in 4 spells, each awarding 149 xp per hit = 596 total xp

this balances xp gain from destruction magic regardless of difficulty to simply be how many enemies you've killed, with a scaling effect off their base max hp.

fine.

Problems with this system:

1. Dual Casting does not change base cost of spell. I.E. Dual Casting Incinerate to kill above enemy in 1 hit, or 2 hits respectively, will only award a total of 298 xp.

2. destructionpowermod, which u can gain from modifying how enchanting works, or other balancing tweaks like modspellmagnitude etc. will have similar effect as dual casting.

this means that the stronger you get, the slower your destruction skill will level (compound that with each additional destruction skill point requiring more and more xp gain), which will have a large impact when u use a skilluncapper and intend the player to get around 500 destruction skill end-game.

this also discourages use of dual casting, which i find to be quite fun.

can anyone think of any ways to counter for this?

can scripts modify the base mana cost of spells from inside the game?

is the current system of destruction xp gain hardcoded? or something i could change?

community uncapper has some options where u can multiply amount of xp gained from any skill... can this be added to a script in some way to update skill gain multiplyer steadily from inside the game?

for instance, if i make a script that calculates my total spell mod of incinerate so that if i currently do 300 magnutude because of all my buffs, and modifiers,

it would multiply all destruction skill gain x5 to match the xp per kill, and if i unequip the items that give this it would shrink the xp gain back down to compensate?

can anything be done to double xp gain if a spell was dual-casted?
