A few questions on C0DA

Having been studying, I could hardly follow the discussions on C0DA. There are a few things about it I don't yet understand, so, I've got some questions:

1) Does Akatosh's act of eating his own tail at the end of C0DA bring any stability to Mundus and/or the Aurbis?

2) Is Jubal a Nerevarine?

3) Everything is canon or anything can be canon? Is the infinite number of alternate timelines the only hard truth of C0DA or are there only as many alternate timelines as I want? The mods one would deem lore-breaking are certainly not part of my c0da or canon. In other words: Though everything is now possible in TES, I can choose which events happen and which do not, right? MK's C0DA, for exemple, will not happen if I choose not to make it part of my c0da. That's not the case, though.

4) The wheels and cogs surrounding Nirn - who do you think created them? My guess would be Sotha Sil. After all, he supposedly reshaped the world from his Clockwork City. And perhaps these wheels and cogs are the reason why the Thalmor didn't wipe out Nirn or Mundus in the end. That would make Sotha Sil one of the greatest heroes of TES.

5) What is Memory?

6) Does the Nerevarine have multiple personalities? That of Nerevar and that of your Nerevarine, and those of all other Nerevarines in existence during the dragon-break.

7) Can a Dawn era happen in some timeline during this unending dragon break?

8) There could be at least one timeline in which Landfall is stopped from happening. If Landfall is stopped from happening, no c0da can take place. And yet c0da does take place, the Loveletter being proof of this. Am I right?
