In one of my games I married someone and ended up kiling her. I haven't had any luck being able to get remarried, and I kinda want to try out some of the family features in skyrim. along those same lines, i have another character in a same six marriage, and therefore cant have kids. would it be possible to marry someone else at the same time without mods? im reluctant to terminate the marriage because i havent been able to get married again afterwards in the past.

You can't get remarried unfortunately.

You mention your same-six marriage can't have children? You can only adopt in the game. Can they not do that?
