I've been playing a character and have levelled him all the way to 57.
He's my strongest character yet I've worked very hard to get him this far.
I've been doing quests in random orders and such.
Have encountered very few glitches, until I talked to urag in the arcanum.
He gave me the quest fetch that book, the first book he sent me to get never gave me a marker.
Of where to find it, I ended up finding the book anyways and didn't return it right away.
Here's where I got annoyed, on my travels I found another book that he would of asked me I get.
It wasn't a quest item yet but when I tried to drop the book.
It said it was quest item even though it wasn't.

After a while I retuned the quest book he sent me to get and then he sent me to get the other book I had already found.
Chronicles of nuzelft or something.
Having the book already I still went to the location way point I was given.
I already had the book though. I tried to return the book but he won't take it.
Just keeps tellin me to go to the waypoint. I figured whatever there's lots of oter stuff to do.

I decided I want to do the main quest line but I have to ask urag about the elder scroll.
It won't give me the option to talk to him about it, I think if I could finish the fetch I could do elder knowledge.

My point being we should be able to drop quest items, if I could drop the book I could Finnish the quest.

I was ok with not being able to do the side quest, but now I can't do the main quest because.
Of your design that doesn't allow me to drop quest items.1

It's pissing me off mostly because of this is a simple thing yet I can't make the decision.
Why would you make it so can't drop quest items?
