Can anyone give me instructions on how to show the pop-up screen (like the one that informs you of the DLC or the one that asks you if you committed to your faction before Hoover Dam) when I click a certain object. I want the pop-up screen to come up when I press a skeleton and the screen tells me how the person died and I can click 'Close' to close the screen.
