this games is broken .

1st I got the download content but the game freezes every 10min to 1hr of game play so I removed the content and started all new game no content.

now the game hasent frozen yet.. I want my money back for the content and you can stuff it up your were the sun don't shine. it makes the game unplayable period

and to test this I installed the download again game freezes in less then 5 min..its not my xbox like you would have me belive I have plenty of space and a brand new hard drive .

I even started a brand new char and went straight to the place and still the door will not open. and I made the save on my flash drive to make sure the hard drive wasent the problem.

now im back up to lvl 50 or so and this door in the forelhost refectory will not open with the dragon claw the outer ,middle, and lower rings don't even turn so I left thinking I just needed to reload the area it fixed the rings .but the door still will not open at all yes im putting in the right combo its the glass claw and the pick for the lock are in the palm of the claw.

and no save I go back to fixes it even when I go back to a lvl 15 lvl 39 any save does not work they all brake. so I cant get a important item one of the dragon masks im super p-off

I spent a lot of money on a broken game and for content I cant even play.. how would you feel if I sold you a candy bar but you olny get the wrapper.

if this is not fixed im going to contact my lawer period im tired of the run around from this company sold me a game but cant access all of the stuff in the game or I get many bugs glitches and freezes making it an unenjoyable experience.

my disk is gem mint condtion no scratchs no finger prints not even a dust partacal. I take good care of my stuff so I don't have to buy new ones.

Sorry you're having problems, have you deleted the patch and then reinstalled it?

Have you downloaded the Skyrim disc to the hard drive on your xbox. Also try restarting your xbox and clear the cache. Failing that when you arrive at the area fast travel somewhere else and then FT back again. If none of that works you're out of luck.

yes I removed the patch and cleared catch and done other steps

door still does not open after all the suggested fixes catch cleared removed patch for game and going back to any save does not work

Do you have a follower with you? The only time I've experienced a problem opening claw doors was when I had a follower with me and I had to reload an earlier save to dismiss them or dismiss them outside the dungeon and wait before re-entering to try the door again. I think the last time I had this problem was when I had Farkas following me doing other stuff when I was supposed to be Proving Honor.

Sounds like a problem with the disc to me. Is the game installed on your hard drive, or are you playing it directly from the disc?
