she used the creation kit and quite a bit of know-how if i dont miss my guess. Unless the saliva effect is already in place, i suppose then the postures might be natural. She'd still need the creation kit to place the animals where she wanted and probably a liberal use of console commands to stop the animals in precisely the right positions. And a few lights to change the lighting to perfection. But anyway yea to place animals where you want the best bet is the creation kit. You can access it through steam by library->tools->Creation Kit
