Stop Responding After New Game

K what is happening is that i start my game up and it runs completely fine wile loading to the main screen. But as soon as i say yes to new game it will load and then stop responding right on the loading screen. I dont know whats going on and i need help.

Post a dxdiag.
XP: Go to Start->run, type “dxdiag” and hit enter. Click the Save All Information button near the bottom right. This will save a Dxdiag.txt in C:\ by default. Then open the dxdiag.txt and copy/paste the information into your post.

VISTA/Windows 7: Go to Start->Search, type “dxdiag” and hit enter, click the Save All Information button near the bottom right. This will save a Dxdiag.txt in C:\ by default. Then open the dxdiag.txt and copy/paste the information into your post.

Chip type: Mobile Intel? 4 Series Express Chipset Family

This would be why, this is not powerful enough to run the game. It doesnt have the needed shaders that the game needs. And since its a laptop, it cannot be upgraded. Its just too weak to play the game out of the box. (Also its best to include the entire Dxdiag in the future).
