I have the vast majority of my mods installed through the mod organizer which installs mods in a separate folder meaning the Creation kit doesn't recognize these mods. Is there anyway of "showing" the Creation Kit where the mods are installed because I really want to use resources from some of these mods for my own personal mods, thanks in advance

Copy and paste the mods you want to use into your Skyrin/Data directory.

Wait, what is installed in those folders are Archives used by the Mod Manager to facilitate reinstalling the mod at a later date. The mod files themselves are in the Data folder in the root Skyrim Folder. If that folder does not contain the ESP or ESM and any needed BSAs or Loose Files, then the mod will not work.

Okay maybe I misinterpreted my problem, basically any mods which I install through MO cannot be used in the Creation Kit as they don't appear when I select which files to load
