merchant mod and spell mods

Ok so basically looking for 2 things.
1. A good merchant mod. I loved the merchant mod in OOO in that things were bit expensive and that the merchants had an amount of gold that went away when ever u sold something (aka merchant has 1000g and after u sell 4 chest pieces for 50g each, the merchant then had 800g).
2. Aying oblivion again and doing a necromaner and a paladin playthru. Any good spell mods for a necromancer and also for paladin was wondering if there was any mods that let u use resto for combat spells such as a holy bolt or smite etc etc.

1. Enhanced Economy. Very comprehensive economy overhaul that is fully customizable through its ini. One of it's many features is adjusting a vendor's available gold when you transact.

2. You might look at LAME and Supreme Magicka. I am not sure if they are what you are looking for but they are the two most popular magic overhauls. I use Supreme Magicka and it adds a ton of new spells. It is also fully customizable through its ini.
