Hello all, ive just created a forum account so i can get help with this. im installing the GECK for FONV in the proper steam directory as i should and im still getting the "Missing libvorbisfile.dll" even though when im in windows explorer i can clearly see that the file is there. ive tried reinstalling 3 times. please help.
