i dont understand why is everyone asking if there will be monthy subscription.

brink will run on DEDICATED SERVERS. you will join and play. thats all. there is NO subscription for brink.

Well, I guess you could rent a virtual server, or even a real server, by the month; but that's only if you want your own.

virtual, real... brink will be on dedicated servers. ordering server is easy as buying on ebay,

You can set up a dedicated server with any computer, whether its a virtual system on a larger server, a server you own, or just a home PC with enough RAM and bandwidth.

Well, there is no subscription if you just play the game on ded. servers.

If you rent one, there is a fee for that.

activision wouldn't ask for monthly subscription, they already ask 60$ for the annual update.

They already have. Activision anyway. DAMN YOU ACTIVISION EVEN THOUGH I PLAY ON PS3.
