Had the choppy frames with npcs but I got the dx9 fix and that worked. Now with saves fixed my only problem is randomly when I transition (go to pip boy screen, merchant screen, workbench screen etc) I get a CTD with a message that says my nvidia graphic drivers failed but recovered. I didn't have this problem before the dx9 fix or the first update. I had the latest drivers but I rolled them back one thinking that would help, no dice.

Any suggestions?

Anyone else having this issue or is it just me? Going to attempt a new driver download and install.
