hii all, got a new problem but i don't have any mods installed this time.

every time i start up oblivion and i choose to play, the window opens but it is invisible so i can see right through it and can't see naything from the game my mouse has also diisapeared, well because i am playing the game without seeing anything at al not even a window but is open. when i go out of it , b ut leave i open and then i go over the button where you can navigate between windows i can see it is playing so i just can't see it.

any one knows what to do?

im not sure what causes it, it happens to me on a couple of occasions, modded or not. best best is to click around for done, then go itno the console and type
showracemenu
and see what happens

didn't help, but i mean, you know when you open something like internet a window opens, wel oblivion opens and i can here the sound of the birds when i finally click on continue, but there is no window that opened it is invisible just like my mouse. but the bar next to the start button well there is a tab for oblivion open and when i put my mouse on it i can see my character and the things he is looking at so the game works perfectly :-p exept for the fact that when i open the window it is invisible

hmm, sorry for misunderstanding

try going in 1st person then move around and try 3rd person again. If it re-occurs, then play in 1st

no it's really stupid that i don't know enough english to say what is wrong. do you speak dutch ? :-p
no euhm, it is just invisible when i go in first person, third person, i can see anything from the game it is like it is not even open/active. but it is because at the bar next to start at your desktop i can see the tab to go to oblivion.

I'm not sure how to help with that, seems like its another problem. Do any other of your games do the same thing?

no it is only oblivion.


edit: it works again if i play in full screen the only thing is that the graphics are worser then when i am playing windowed but hell as long as i can play oblivion i don't care!!

Thats the spirit! By the way, mine does that sometimes when its windowed, but I don't know why either.
