after the ending screen, the screen back to Jefferson Memorial, not Citadel

i m sure broken steel has been installed since i can ask Fawke to do the work

can anyone help with this?

restart the last save

already did, several times,

no matter i reload it in the save that inside or outside the Jefferson, all turn out the same, remain there...
