I am also not including the dragon born DLC ability to reset perk trees since obviously you can just reset the enchanting, smithing, and alchemy trees once you get all your best equipment from it so you can spend them elsewhere. I don't include that since it lets you get even stronger past what you end up with normally at lvl81 with an official add on. After all if you do that, why not just lvl up past 81 too?
So this is for a character at lvl81 with any perks gained purely to get to lvl81 by this point. No resets or going past lvl81. What's the best character? Here is mine and you can post your own:
Lvl81 High Elf Vampire Lord.
I have 661 Magicka, 450 Health, 150 Stamina
I have perks in:
Illusion (all of them)
Conjuration
Destruction
Restoration
Alteration
Enchanting
Smithing
Light Armor
Sneak
I have 875 armor (so easily above max armor rating). So my alteration is to have the extra magical resistance with the paralyze and mass paralyze spells.
I wear full set of dragon armor and carry an enchanted dragonbone dagger that can easily destroy tough opponents quickly even on master difficulty.
Armor: Conjuration and Magic Regen enchantments
Boots: Fire and Shock Resist enchantments
Gauntlets: Fortify Magic and Sneak enchantments
Helmet: Destruction and Magic Regen enchantments
Necklace: Destruction and Conjuration Enchantments
Ring: Destruction and Conjuration enchantments
Dragonbone Dagger: 87 damage, Absorbs 37 health, 58 pts of fire damage (and since destruction costs nothing for me it has an infinite charge)
And so I can do pretty much all forms of magic. My destruction and conjuration spells cost no magic, so I have infinite dremora lord helpers as extra damage and distractions along with infinite ammo for destruction spells.
So my magicka and regeneration is used to fuel plenty of healing spells if my dagger's enchantment can't keep me alive making for one ultimate tank (there's no enemy I've fought even on legendary difficulty that can break my health regen when using my dagger and a close wounds spell in other hand). It's used for my paralyze spells too and finally for the unleashing of Mayhem or Mass Paralysis, the two BEST master spells in my view.
In the meantime my dagger without the need for one handed perks or enchantments dishes out 180 damage (swinging faster than usual swords for higher damage still and more absorb health effects for me) and with good armor and health combined with restoration, i can easily make for a good warrior style when I feel like it.
But then I have perks in sneak, I'm a vampire, and I have invisibility (the other good spell my high magic is used for) with the Assassins Blade perk for my dagger. So whenever I feel like being an excellent assassin I can as well.
So this is my character and I would like to say I did a decent job. He's a great Mage no doubt but also is a decent if not good warrior (so spellsword) due to his enchantments and smithing and can also fight as an excellent assassin.
Now who else has a character they want to brag about?
