What does a stimulant do!? : Fallout 3

So i am running FWE and i know that it changes alot of the gameplay.. but i cant seem to figure out what a stimulant does.

For example, there are two items that i have in my inventory that have "Stimulant" listed as an effect.

Nuke-cola and Amphetamines.

I am curious as to what a stimulant actually does for me.

Can anyone help!?

Those links may not be helpful as it sounds like FWE has changed the nature of the effects of some chems. "Stimulant" is not a default effect in the game. You're probably better off asking that question in the actual FWE thread.
