Alright, so i've been trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with my game since i bought it on the last steam sale.
This is the Problem -----> When I start a new game i go through the Opening Cut scene and then the Loading screen starts up and then boom "Fallout New Vegas is not responding." Now i've even talked to a Bethesda Tech support guy. With little to no sucsess i've come to you guys for help.

I run windows 8

Now i use an All-in-one Dell Desktop, its not the best at what it does, and its all stock comptuer, however i've run the game on medium before, so i know its not my specs giving me problems. YES the game worked, however i took a break from playing and i just happened to need to reinstal it, so i bought it at the steam sale this summer because i no longer had the disk i instaled it with [and no the previous game data was not on the computer still.]

I know the .dll fix that worked last year doesn't work for me, same with getting rid of the opening cutscene. I run it in Windows Xp Compabibility service pack 3 or what ever you call it, and i have it runing as admin. I've reinstaled it like six times so i know im not missing something.

so if you guys need anymore information, what do you need to know? and damn does anyone else have this problem? cause i've seen it all over the net and no one has found a fix for it.
