Hi there. I would like to ask some questions to the members of staff and to the regular members too about using sound assets from other games.

Let's say, I want to make a Lucien Lachance follower mod for Skyrimn, and I'd like to use his voice from Oblivion. Would it be tolerated, if not directly allowed? Or would it be strictly forbidden? Is there any "fair use" rule that may apply to this case?

If it's not tolerated; let's say I upload these sound assets on OBLIVION Nexus, as a modder resource, and the rest of the mod on SKYRIM Nexus. Would it make things magically legal and ok ? Or would it still be a no-no ?

Are there any way I could make such a mod legal without breaking the copyrights ?
