I doubt this is a vanilla issue since I use SkyRe and many other mods. My stamina and movement speed (possibly other things) are behaving very weirdly, as it doesn't seem to take any stamina to draw a bow or swing a sword (introduced by skyre) but it does for power attack and such. However, after a while my stamina will just start dropping randomly (nothing in effects tab) until it is drained completely. Saving and reloading fixes it.

This may have occurred since I returned from Falksaar (the mod).

Please help I feel like my save is dying!

Firstly, you need to post your load order, wrapped in spoiler tags.

SkyRe DOES do the things you mentioned, so this is probably a mod conflict.
