Is there a deference between the GOTY Edition and the GOTY Edition Essentials? I have the GOTY Edition and I don't want to buy the Essentials unless it is worth doing.

They are exactly the same. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Essentials_(PlayStation_range) is just the Playstation budget brandname in Europe, so it should be cheaper.
