Need help packaging mods...

After a few really work-intensive months I'm finally about to enjoy some time for myself, which also means I can go back to some modding. :)

My project for merging clothing mods will likely be on the top of my list, but I've had some problem putting the files together in the last release (the Westly addon).

I've used TESfiles, but it seems it only put the male meshes and textures into the package, leaving most if not all of the female versions of the clothing out.

So, what would you recommend to pack together this sort of "mod compilation" that is going to use resources from a dozen or so mods? Is there some utility that is reasonably reliable?

http://www.brianhinckle.com/Overunity.html does the same thing as TESFiles does.
