So, Im getting a new rig. i want to really make Oblivion shine. Here are the specs:

NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 860M 2GB DDR5
8GB RAM DDR3
i7 Quad Core CPU
WIN 8.1

So, with those specs in mind, what visual/city addon mods could I utilize while maintaining at least 30 fps? And LORE FRIENDLY ONLY. No starships, lasers, or teleporters please.

Pretty sure teleporters ARE lore friendly. Oh, and maybe not starships but there is the Dwemer steamship.
