Looking for a mod.
Basically it is just like Combat fumbling by Wrye for Oblivion.
A mod which paralyzes you for as many seconds as you spent in menus, from the moment you close the menus.
I can almost swear I remember one for MW, maybe it was made by Fliggerty?

You're probably thinking of http://www.fliggerty.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=1098, but that doesn't do what you want.

I don't think I've seen another one, but it should be doable.
