Where did my DLC's go? : Fallout 3

I just recently decided to dust off my copy of my FO3 GOTY to play it to kill time waiting for New Vegas. I never uninstalled the game, but for some reason it is saying I no longer have the DLC, which is crap because I had them, and now somehow I don't. Can someone help? If you need more info just lemme know what and how to get it and I'll try to help.

Are you playing in the same profile as before? (signed into, or not, Games For Windows Live)

This, and/or have you tried running a search for them on your Hard Drive(s)?
Are the DLCs showing up at all and/or checked off via Main Menu>Data Files?
What happens if you run disc 2 and try to install the DLCs?
Are you running any mod utilities?
