Marked for Death & Followers

I play on PS3. I got to level 81 on regular edition then level 201 on Legendary edition using some exploits. I played 200hrs so far and 11MB used. On the reg edition Mjoll the Lioness (my follower/wife) was able to kill giants by herself and then I noticed when I switched to Legendary Edition on Legendary Diff. that she was getting taken down to one knee with a fight with a bandit. I thought it was because I was lvl 201. Nope. I thought it was because I was playing on Legendary Difficulty instead of Master like I did in the regular version. Nope that wasn't it. I found out it was because I used my Marked for Death shout that I never used before, but needed to use for the extra advantage on Legendary Difficulty. After some research I found out that Bethesda never fixed the glitch for Marked for Death. It PERMANENTLY ruins your followers when they get hit by it. Kinda hard to not hit them. I could understand if it was a quest that was still bad, but it's unacceptable for the $60 Legendary Edition to still have a problem like this. I've never heard of a game where a spell/shout/weapon has a game breaking glitch??? How could quality control over look this since I would think a cool shout like Marked for Death that 20 million players use would have been noticed? I heard that you can Wabbajack someone like Lydia to fix it, but Mjoll the Lioness can't be Wabbajacked. I tried to use Heal Other, Call to Arms, Dismissed her as my follower, and even re-smithed her Legendary Daedric Armor. I don't like how Legendary Difficulty scales so I play on Master Diff. again. Last time I played I'm not sure if all my efforts fixed it. Can it be fixed or is my wife/follower permanently ruined? It's a shame they fixed most problems yet over looked this. You may say it's not a big deal, but to some people it is a major part of how they play or role-play depending on the build they created. Thinking that your helping your follower and destroying their armor rating in the process. So once again anyone have a solution?

Reload a Save before damaging Mjoll with Marked for Death, then do not use Marked For Death if You may hit Mjoll.
