Should the Reachmen be the major inhabitants of the Reach? or do you think they are a savage race of murderers and Daedra worshippers who shouldn't have the reach?

i don't actually think they are murderers and evil Daedra worshippers, notice I said 'or do you think'. That does not automatically mean that is what I believe. I do think they were a civilised culture and I also believe that the Reachmen should have the Reach given back to them.
and btw thanks for the link I didn't know about that.
To be fair, all three texts have a very heavy Breton bias. And Flaccus tends to get himself into any and all trouble that a person could in a province. I'd be very surprised if the truth about your average reachman was close to these texts. After all, they ruled the Empire for a few generations.
Well unless you are implying the sources are outright fabrications, I don't really see what you mean. These books are all first hand recordings of what the Reachmen did, these people actually experienced these what are recorded in the book, there not like the First Pocket Guides which are blatantly ignorant and purposefully slanderous. It should also be noted that Abnur Tharn refers to the Longhouse Emperors as a brutish dynasty that ravished the Empire.
