Let's say for example, I cast the conjuration spell, Bound Bow. Is the damage governed by the conjuration skill, the marksman skill, or both? Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

Damage for all bows, including summoned ones, is governed by the marksman skill. Other factors include Agility and the quality of the bow and arrows. The bound bow spell does 15 base damage, which places it between Elven and Glass for amount of damage it does, but it will damage enemies that are immune to normal weapons. Conjuration skill does not affect bow damage.
