Time to 'get your hair did' Lydia. : V

I have the Apache hair mod installed and I'm wondering, is there a way to give Lydia one of those hairstyles? Is there a console command or something for this? I've searched but I'm having trouble finding an answer here.

Don't ask me how but you can make changes to her and others in the Creation Kit.

Or use a face replacer mod on Nexus.
