Hey everyone, new to the forum, first post and all.
I have a problem...
OK so to keep it short and sweet, I created a dungeon (interior) and my NPCS/Creatures disappear bit by bit every time I load it in until I restart skyrim in which case the process will reset. Everything is always present the first load and everything is gone by the third load.
Example:
I have a dungeon with 3 creatures
Load 1: all 3 creatures are there
Load 2: 1 creature is there
Load 3: all creatures are gone
It doesnt matter how I load, I can walk in and out of the dungeon, I can reload the same save file, or I can load random save files, or I can do a combination of the 3.

Notes:
I have a full nav mesh (no islands/orphan meshes, no errors when using CTRL+F in nav mode, all nav mesh highlights via flood select) and the nav mesh is finalized
I hand built the nav mesh (re-cast generation was taking forever with over 190k Triangles or something like that)
I have a fully updated Skyrim and Creation Kit, with all DLC
I built my dungeon with Skyrim.ESM, Update.ESM, and Dawnguard.ESM mounted
I am not using a vanilla interior
I am using vanilla/DLC props in my dungeon
I am using custom models for some npcs but not all (vanilla and custom NPCS disappear)
NPCS all have packages and patrols which define them as staying in the cell and not leaving
All prior Creation Kit experience is in Oblivion, this is my first time in a Creation Kit in years.
I have logged 40+ hours in the Skyrim Creation Kit whilst learning (not much time, but enough that I know/remember the very basics)
I have followed the BSDGS tutorials to the T up to (not including) the optimization video
I am not using any scripts for anything besides lava damage (which was a pain in the ........... to implement how I wanted it)
This is my second dungeon in the creation kit, my first was made to learn the basics, this is being made to enjoy the basics and make what I wanted to make.

Any help is appreciated, thank you for reading!
If I missed an obvious step/made a mistake please tell me so, I am a noob in the Skyrim Creation Kit and acknowledge I have already most likely made many noob mistakes and I will not get mad If I am told so.
